These Terms govern use of the AXON Cloud website and service (https://axoncloud.hr) provided by AXON CLOUD, obrt za računalno programiranje, vl. Leonard Fedetov.

By using the service you confirm you have read these Terms, the Privacy policy and, for subscribers, the SaaS terms.

1. Website is informational

Public website content informs about the product. Prices and feature descriptions are not a binding offer under Croatian obligations law unless expressly stated. You contract the service by subscription / agreement.

2. Using AXON Cloud

• AXON Cloud is business software (ERP / vertical modules) as SaaS or agreed hosting.
• Access is limited to authorised users of your organisation.
• Abuse, unauthorised access attempts, unlawful reverse engineering and disruption are forbidden.

3. Accounts

Administrators or AXON Cloud open accounts on request. Keep passwords and 2FA secret. Report compromise to [email protected] / [email protected].

4. Your responsibilities

Accurate data, lawful use, GDPR when you are controller, timely payment per SaaS terms.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability with planned maintenance. No uninterrupted uptime guarantee. See SLA.

6. Intellectual property

Software, design, documentation, screenshots and the AXON Cloud brand belong to AXON CLOUD, obrt za računalno programiranje, vl. Leonard Fedetov or licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the contract term — License. Your content remains yours.

7. Termination

You may request closure per contract. We may suspend for serious breach, non-payment or security risk. After end: export where feasible, then delete/anonymise per DPA.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, no liability for indirect loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Law and disputes

Law of Republika Hrvatska. Amicable resolution first; otherwise competent courts in Croatia unless the contract says otherwise.
