These Terms govern use of the AXON Cloud website and service (https://axon-cloud.net) provided by AXON Cloud.

By using the service you confirm you have read these Terms, the Privacy policy and, for subscribers, the SaaS terms.

1. Using AXON Cloud

AXON Cloud is business software (ERP / vertical modules) delivered as SaaS or agreed hosting.
Access is limited to authorised users of your organisation.
Abuse, unauthorised access attempts, reverse engineering beyond what law allows, and interference with the service are prohibited.

2. User accounts

Accounts are created by your company admin or by AXON Cloud on request.
You must keep passwords and 2FA (if enabled) confidential.
Report suspected compromise immediately ([email protected] / [email protected]).
Do not share one account across multiple people if your contract or licences forbid it.

3. User responsibilities

accurate data and compliance with law (including GDPR when you are controller)
ensuring your users may lawfully enter the data you store
timely subscription payment if contracted — see SaaS terms
no unlawful use of the service

4. Availability

We aim for high availability, with planned maintenance announced when reasonably possible.
Continuous uninterrupted service is not guaranteed (network, force majeure, urgent security patches).
SLA details, if any, are set in the contract / SaaS terms.

5. Intellectual property

Software, design, documentation and the AXON Cloud brand belong to AXON Cloud or its licensors.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the contract term — see License.
Content you enter remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to provide the service.

6. Restrictions

No exceeding contracted capacity or API abuse; no removal of copyright notices; no giving access to third parties outside the contract; no use that endangers other tenants.

7. Termination / account closure

You may request closure per contract.
We may suspend or terminate for serious breach, non-payment or security risk.
After termination: export within a reasonable period where feasible, then deletion / anonymisation per DPA and law.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AXON Cloud is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or data loss from misuse or external causes. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law

Law of Republika Hrvatska. Courts of the Republic of Croatia, unless the contract states otherwise.
