Ownership of the software
- Source code, binaries, UI, product schemas, documentation and marketing materials belong to AXON Cloud or its licensors.
- Buying a subscription does not transfer ownership — you obtain a right to use under contract.
Licence terms
- non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the SaaS during a paid subscription
- no redistribution, sublicensing, or building a competing product from unauthorised access
- third-party open-source components remain under their own licences (listed in distribution / vendor files)
