SaaS terms

These SaaS terms supplement the Terms of use when AXON Cloud charges a subscription or packaged plan for AXON Cloud.

1. Subject

Provider (AXON Cloud) grants Customer access to AXON Cloud software in the cloud (SaaS) per selected package, modules and price list.

2. Subscription and billing

Prices are on https://axon-cloud.net or in the offer / contract.
Billing is monthly or yearly in advance unless agreed otherwise.
VAT is applied under Croatian rules.
Late payment may lead to notice, restriction or suspension.

3. Term and renewal

The subscription runs for the agreed period and renews automatically unless cancelled per the offer / price list.
Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Service and support

Reasonable technical support via [email protected] / [email protected] during business hours, unless an SLA provides otherwise.
Major customisation, data migration and training may be charged separately.

5. Customer data

Customer is controller; Provider is processor — DPA.
Export is available during the term.
After end of service: retention for export for an agreed period (e.g. 30 days), then deletion / anonymisation unless law requires longer retention.

6. Warranties

Service is provided “as available” with professional care.
We do not warrant that software meets every business need without configuration.
Fiscal / e-invoice integrations depend on external systems and regulation.

7. Liability

Provider’s aggregate liability to Customer for contract-related damage, to the extent permitted by law, is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months (except wilful misconduct or gross negligence).

8. Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other’s confidential information and does not disclose it except to perform the contract or as required by law.

9. Service changes

Provider may upgrade modules. Material adverse changes (package withdrawal) are announced in advance when reasonably possible.
